There is no need to look for medical solutions or to contemplate having surgery when you can grow taller faster with yoga.
Yoga exercises are known for their easy motions that help center the body’s alignment. Yoga lets you become more flexible while teaching you to control the breaths you take. A great number of persons do not understand how much their breathing patterns affect their growth.
When you do the yoga stretches and get in specific positions, you are preparing yourself to grow taller faster. Yoga reduces the pressure on your back, and this is a good thing as this pressure sometimes stunts growth. In addition, the various yoga exercises also expand joints and cartilage in the same area of the body, and this increases your height by amplifying your posture.

- Sukhasana. Learning how to complete this yoga exercise will allow you to manage your breathing and firm up your hips and lower back area. To complete this activity, you should begin by sitting on the floor. Once on the floor, cross your legs and position your hands on top of your knees.
When this is done, be certain your spine is completely aligned and then press your rear to the floor as you lower your knees as much as you can. Now raise your arms over your head and take five deep breaths. When you return your arms to the downward position, you should slowly exhale. It is suggested that you repeat these motions five to seven times for a complete set.
- Trikonasana. With this exercise, you begin by standing with your legs spread approximately three feet apart. Next you need to rotate your left foot at a ninety degree angle to the left and move your right foot forty-five degrees inward. Now you should inhale deeply as you lift your arms to the side. When exhaling, move your head so that you can peer down the length of your left arm.
Follow this action up with a deep breath. Now stretch in the direction of your left ankle and slant your hip down. Once you reach the maximum limit that you can stretch, rotate your arms once more. Your left hand should end up resting against the inside of your calf while your right arm points upward in the air. For the last part of the yoga exercise, you take a deep breath, straighten your body, and then exhale while lowering your arms.
